Orders & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, and other options shown at checkout (for example Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, depending on your region).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel something, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Do you offer gift receipts or gift messages?
If your checkout or cart offers a gift note field, you can use that. Otherwise, email us with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.
Promotions
How does “Any two for €35” work?
Add any two qualifying Squiggly Lines tees to your cart and the discount should apply automatically at checkout (if your store is set up that way). If it doesn’t appear, check the promotion dates and eligible products, or contact us before placing the order.
Can I combine offers?
Unless we say otherwise on the site, promotions usually can’t be combined with other codes or discounts.
Products & prints
Are the designs really drawn by a child?
Yes. Squiggly Lines prints real drawings from our young creative director—preserved as they were drawn, with all the charm of kid-made art.
Will my shirt look exactly like the photos?
We aim for a faithful print of each drawing. Slight variation can happen between screens and batches, but the artwork and colours should match our product images closely.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer kids sizes 3–4 years, 6–7 years, and 8–9 years. See the size guide on each product page for measurements if available.
What material are the t-shirts?
Our tees are chosen to be soft and comfortable for everyday wear. Exact fabric composition is listed on each product page (for example cotton or cotton blend).
Sizing & fit
How do I choose the right size?
Use the measurements on the product or size chart and compare to a tee that already fits your child. When in doubt between two sizes, many parents size up for longer wear.
Do the shirts shrink?
Natural fibres can shrink slightly after the first washes. Following the care instructions helps keep the fit and print looking good.
Care instructions
How should I wash my Squiggly Lines tee?
Turn the shirt inside out, machine wash cold or warm with similar colours, and avoid harsh detergents or bleach. Tumble dry low or line dry. Cool iron inside out if needed—avoid ironing directly on the print.
Will the print crack or fade?
With normal care, the print should stay vibrant. Very hot washes or ironing the graphic can shorten its life.
